WM Productions Sdn Bhd
The first division, WM Productions Sdn Bhd focuses on publishing. Publications include the highly-regarded SpaAsia magazine. The division also maintains a significant online presence through its website: www.spaasia.com . The company believes online publishing and the interactive media is the way of the future. WM Productions Sdn Bhd has taken proactive measures to meet this changing trend by adding more websites and enhancing its existing web presence with fresh design, unique content and increased interactivity. This is an ongoing effort that must be sensitive to change.

Wellness Events
The second division, Wellness Events, focuses on organizing and managing educational events such as seminars, summits, awards and expos and exhibitions. This division cut its teeth with the first-ever Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Awards. Following it is the highly successful Wellness Summit, now in preparation for its fourth year. 2008 will see Wellness Events make bold strides to go global with a similar summit in the Middle East.

The SpaAsia Crystal Awards held in conjunction with the Wellness Summit is now a much–awaited event as an endorsement at this event is now recognized as an acknowledgement of excellence by industry peers. During the SpaAsia Crystal Awards ceremony, traditionally held on the second evening of the Summit, recognition is given to the top brands selected through a stringent qualifying and nominations process and are voted by the readers of SpaAsia magazine. It has become accepted as an authority on the best spas and wellness programmes in the Asia Pacific region.

Wellness Education
The third division, Wellness Education, is aimed at addressing the unrealized potential and talents that many in the industry have been noted to possess. Their knowledge, wisdom, skills and potentials have remained largely untapped for their apparent lack of formal certification. Unrealized and untapped, the wealth of talent will one day be lost with their passing. In order to address this imminent loss, a training academy called the Institute of Healing Hands (IHH) will be formed. This will be accompanied by the Healing Hands Foundation (HHF), a non-profit organisation aimed at providing formal education and certification to those in the industry that simply cannot afford it and risk losing their livelihood if they had to take time off to pursue certification through the formal channel.

Healing Sanctuary
The fourth division, Healing Sanctuary is being developed. This will see the entry of the Company as a service provider and establishment operator with its very own wellness sanctuary where healing therapies as well as activities such as Yoga, Reiki, Pilates will be made available in tranquil settings to both the discerning consumer and those that require such treatments to complement their recovery from a medical condition or a course of treatment they are taking.

Wellness Republic
The fifth is Wellness Republic. This division will comprise urban wellness centres that will comprise a restaurant and cafe, a bookstore and a wellness centre that will provide healing modalities such as breathing exercises, Reiki, yoga and others. The cafe and restaurant will provide healthy dining. Educating people to improve their dietary intake for their well-being fits perfectly within the framework of the philosophy that drives the movement towards well-being and wellness. This is further enhanced by empowerment through the educational materials, activities and experiences that will be conducted and organized under the auspices of the Wellness Republic.
