Ronald Jean entered the spa industry in 1978 with a fresh perspective, applying his strong analytical skill sets to unite science, engineering and consulting to create cutting edge, multi-disciplinary spa concepts. He is the Managing Director/Senior Project Manager of I.S.C.G (Interdesign Spa Consulting Group) Spa Consulting specializing in flow design, operations, programme development and feasibility with projects in Canada, North America, Morocco, France and Andorra. Ronald is also the Educator for Sylvie Hennessy Academy of Advanced Esthetics. He speaks worldwide (North America, Europe, Asia) on such topics as applied hydrotherapy, scientific hydrotherapy and spa equipment, among others. He has owned seven different Esthetic Institutes and Day Spas during the past 20 years and is a distributor for more than 25 years.

DR S. AJIT
Founder, Ayurvedic Doctor & Spa Consultant, Planet Ayurveda

Dr S. Ajit is a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor with over 30 years of clinical experience and has served the government of India for 20 years, holding various posts including Ayurvedic medical officer and senior medical officer at various hospitals in Punjab. He is the founder of Planet Ayurveda – the first Ayurvedic centre in Australasia where Ayurvedic treatments are completely offered according to traditional Ayurvedic principles. Dr S. Ajit is a specialist in the Panchakarma programme – one of the most systematic approaches to detoxification and rejuvenation. With his wife Rippan Sandhu, he developed AYURDA, an Ayurvedic 100%natural and free from any chemicals and preservatives skincare range exclusively for spa and wellness centres. For the last 12 years he has travelled extensively to spread authentic Ayurvedic teaching. Trained at the Maui Academy of Healing Arts, Hawaii, Dieter gained experience in holistic massage therapy, reflexology, zen touch shiatsu, lomi lomi and other healing modalities. He is also qualified in Thai massage. Frank has been giving group and team training for over fifteen years in the fields of management communication, Wellness, Spa, Massage Therapy, Healing Modalities and Aromatherapy. He holds a business school degree and master degrees in holistic massage therapy, aromatherapy, alchemy and healing modalities. His Business experience and studies of Human Consciousness, Meditation and Alternative Healing with acclaimed masters inspired him to link both worlds in the cutting-edge training programme SELF. An inner vision made him put an early hold to a successful career in international PR Business in the nineties. Years of Massage School, Aromatherapy Training and Meditation followed.

A tragic life threatening accident in 2003 triggered another level of his own transformation leading him to create SELF. Leela is a Sanskrit word and means the divine play of life. Leela’ s approach is playful, effortless and intuitive. She connects with the field of the group and the sessions are evolving spontaneously. Leela has a vast background in healing and energy work having studied with various spiritual masters and lived in different ashrams in India.
